Placing an order

An order placed here is a request, not yet an agreement. The shop calls you to confirm it, and it is that call that makes it an order. If we cannot reach you, or something you asked for has run out, we will tell you before anything is made.

Please give a number you can be reached on. Most problems with an order are a number that does not answer.

Prices

All prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include VAT. The price you are charged is the price shown when you ordered, even if the menu changes afterwards.

Delivery costs 15 riyals, and is free on orders over 80 riyals. Collection is free.

Paying

You can pay by card when you order, or with cash when the order reaches you. Card payments are handled by Moyasar and accept mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

A card order is paid before anything is made. Until the payment goes through, the shop does not see the order and will not start it — so if a payment fails, nothing is made and nothing is owed. You can try again from the same order rather than starting a new one.

Cancellations and refunds

Call us as soon as you can if you want to cancel. Coffee is made to order and does not keep, so what we can do depends on how far along it is.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for by card, the full amount goes back to the same card automatically. You do not need to ask, and there is nothing to fill in. Depending on your bank it can take a few days to appear on your statement.

If you cancel before we have started making the order, we refund it in full on the same terms.

If something is wrong with what arrives — the wrong drink, or a drink that is not right — tell us the same day and we will replace it or refund it. Please keep the order number to hand.

Cash orders are paid on arrival, so a cancelled cash order leaves nothing to refund.

Delivery and collection

Delivery is carried out by a third-party courier within the districts offered at checkout. Times are our best estimate and traffic is not ours to control.

Collection orders wait at the counter under your order number. Please collect them while they are fresh.

Allergies and ingredients

Our drinks are prepared in one small kitchen where milk and nuts are in constant use, so we cannot promise that any drink is free of traces of them. If you have an allergy, please tell us before you order rather than in the notes field, and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do.

Availability

The menu shows what we normally have. Occasionally something runs out after you have ordered; we will call, and you can change it or cancel for a full refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
